Lenovo, founded in China in 1984 by Liu Chuanzhi from the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the Asia's largest PC manufacturer. Now Lenovo Group Limited is the largest personal computer manufacturer in the People's Republic of China, and as of 2004 is the third largest in the world.
