The idea to lower a trailer to the ground occurred to Bill Groves, Managing Director of Ezy-Flo Trailers, when he worked as a house remover. He saw many people and hours of labour were spent raising and lowering houses onto trailers. Bill thought there had to be an easier way to do this.
