Yahoo Anti NoFollow
Published January 3rd, 2008 in SEOI love Yahoo for taking the lead against NoFollow by doing nothing. If you examine Yahoo’s website and web properties, there will be none of the No Follow misinformation as perpetrate by Google because it wrecks havoc on their search algorithm. No Follow tags make webpage code ugly and increase page’s sizes for no user functionality purposes other than to satisfy a broken algorithm that relies heavily on back links to prioritize natural search results.
Now if a nofollow tag actually fixed a web page or web page display bug then I can understand why it would be a necessity to include this hyperlink attribute.
Yahoo properties do not engage in nofollow nonsense and continue to rank high in all search engines. Yahoo makes the internet simple instead of obfuscating webpages with additional html code. Before you even think about adding a no follow tag, think of the nofollow policy as the frontpage version of bloating HTML code.
Don’t let the heavy handed method of the no follow tags dictate how your web pages should increase in page size and make you do extra work that have no additional benefit for your website’s readers and visitors.

This is wonderful information about google. I really appreciate your efforts to bring this information to us.
I fount it interesting to the Anti-Nofollow SEO crowd: If you are so afraid of this change that you need to start bashing, a client like me will never select you as a SEO!
Bashing? I am certainly not bashing, nor I am linking out to your very thin site. Good luck with leaving behind comment spam as all your previous links have been removed.
