Shooting the Rapper is not Funny
Published July 22nd, 2007 in Off Topic50 Cents sues company that encourages shooting a rapper to win money and ring tones. The first time I came across the ad, I didn’t really think much of it. But since 50 Cents have brought the issue up, it is quite disturbing to shoot anyone especially a black person. Media has trained us to desensitize toward what we know by heart is wrong. I have clicked through the ad once because it was there, and actually ashamed to have done so because I can’t ever imagine people putting a gun to me and taking shots at me to win ring tones.

I HAVE TO AGREE WITH 50 CENT THIS IS A DISTURBING DEVELOPMENT. VIOLENCE AGAINST BLACKS IS A BUMMER. BUT WHAT ARE YA GONNA’ DO? CHANGE THE RAPPER TO M N’ M? MAYBE IT’S TIME TO QUIT KILLING HIP HOP ARTIST !!! I SUGGEST FINDING THIS AD,( AND THE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE) AND NEVER BUYING ANYTHING THEY ADVERTISE AGAIN!!! SINCERELY, TODD
I think it’s funny that 50Cent says he’s some low down dirty crunkin gangsta but he’s playing the whitey’s fool with a lawsuit. That nizle ain’t got no sense of humor.
