My next goal is to get higher natural rankings to push revenues over 20k per month. I am only half way there, and it has been consistent for the past several months. On a good guess, about 30% is from repeat customers and the rest find the products through natural search. One thing that has kept me from attaining this goal earlier is the fact I have too many on going projects spread too thin. I read a simple quote to help me refocus - focus on one thing and you will succeed.

A lot of times it is very unproductive to multi-task as each project does not get its full attention to be the best where it can be. The projects that I have put a lot of heart and soul into always ends up successful, where as the ones that get kicked to the curl after a week of toying around with do not succeed. Everything has a time value trade-off. The less time you spend on something, it will likely fail. The more hours you spend on something, the likely reward is a successful outcome.

This month, sales is on pace for another easy 10K. But I will be tweaking and adding on top of the natural search campaign with some PPC spend. Will be posting the results here when the PPC campaign setup is finished.
