Delta SkyMiles for Magazines is Such a Scam

Even if you accrue tons of points, you may never get to use the points more than once. They subject cardholders to the policy of *Available for new subscribers in the Continental U.S. only. **Available for delivery in the Continental U.S. only.” Be sure to read the fine print of this policy when you think you are getting a great deal with Delta Sky Miles. Your magazine subscriptions will be rejected, regardless even if you have never subscribed to the newer titles. This only shows how much they care about keeping cardholders happy compared to letting Delta cardholders convert their miles for magazines. It is a shame that several of my contacts received, “Sorry we can’t process your order.” To which upon further inspection of their website policies, Delta’s Magazines for Miles is no more than a scam.

My cousin was looking forward to her new subscription of Smithsonian magazine, only to receive an impersonalized rejection postcard this Christmas. Bah humbug to Delta’s Magazine for Miles program.

This is a shame because I too encountered the same problem when I tried to exchange for a couple of free magazine with my delta sky miles. The rejection postcards arrive two months later after putting in the purchase order to redeem the delta miles.
