We killed the dictator, and left a country in total chaos. The country of Iraq is set back at least fifty years as a result with no legitimate government, no commerce, but lots of oil for the taking. There’s not much to say except an ex-leader of a political party got killed by another political party. Does his death change Iraq to a Democracy? No. There are simply too many different groups in Iraq who want to be the new government to exercise control over the oil, and the ability to print money.
